Practice

Practice is connected with the concept of Time. Time is the cause of all change. With time, we change — yet we can also use time for transformation.
Practice is regularity, and regularity requires time. Thus, regular practice, over time, leads to the necessary changes and transformations. By using time, we can go beyond Time. Through practice, we can go beyond practice itself and beyond the mind.
