Sound

Sound permeates the entire Universe. The entire Universe is Sound and Light. Sound is not merely an acoustic vibration; it is the pulsation of the Absolute itself, emerging from the Prime Source, from the Great Silence. The primordial sound OM is the manifestation of the Lord Himself (Ishvara).

In the music of Shakti Orchestra, sound is a vehicle for reaching the Transcendent; it is an attempt to convey through Sound and Word that which is sensed by the Sacred Center.

Sound has the power to become a bridge connecting two shores to reach the Supreme. It emerges from the depths of our existence and becomes the Voice of the Absolute. And he whom the Absolute has chosen as its mouthpiece can be heard.
