Allegro moderato. Con spirito

There are two paths: one is directed outward, the other—inward. But in truth, there is nothing outside; everything is within us. A journey through the outer world will never lead to realization; one will always feel a sense of lack. This hidden discontent will push one toward ever-new searches and achievements. This may continue for a very long time, through many lives, until disillusionment and perhaps even a loss of interest in life arise. Only then does the true journey inward begin. When the wanderings through the world come to an end and the mind craves peace, the journey toward the Self can commence. In the direction of the Self, everything that a person seeks in the outer world finally arrives. There, within, lies everything.
